Designed for non-faculty positions like IT, the biggest benefit of this search service, you don’t pay the full fee until you hire your candidate. Why spend thousands of dollars on ads that expire in 60 or 90 days? With our service, we continue searching until you hire the candidate.

  8. Final fee due

It’s that simple. We stay with you until you make your hire.   


Our fee, a percentage of salary varies by salary level , is far below the standard 30% – 33% charged by traditional firms. The full fee isn’t due until hire. We offer a 60 day guarantee, should the candidate leave within 60 days we replace at no cost. We work with you until you hire a candidate. A deposit of $1000 is required to start the process, the deposit is deducted from your final fee.  


Interim Search


Our interim search service find you qualified candidates to fill your temporary hiring needs. We work closely with you to align the skills and characteristics of our interim candidates to your needs. On a weekly basis individuals are retiring or considering new employment options therefore, we continually recruit and renew our interim pools to guarantee you access to top talent.
